ARTIST WORK SPACE
ThreeBirds’ artist co-working space is designed to be an inspiring and inviting working community. Our studio is centered around our Hunter-Penrose intaglio press, perfect for pulling monoprint, woodblock, linotypes, drypoint, and other etching processes. A celebrated maker of printmaking supplies, Hunter-Penrose has been building fine presses since 1890. In addition to the press room, we also have our drawing/plateworking “morgue,” slop sink, cabinet space for supplies, and a separate drawing room with flat file. No experience is required and we welcome anyone with an interest in printmaking to come and say hello.
Our press has a bed size of 28x48 inches.
