We are a dedicated, small but mighty team that believes in the simple pleasure of great coffee and tea. Our daily menu offers a rotating selection of outstanding single origin coffees from all over the world on drip, pour over, and espresso. Our tea menu features beautiful selections from China, Japan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and India, from the familiar to the rare. To complement our coffee and tea, we serve locally baked pastries from The Modern Crumb bakery. Proudly serving Passenger Coffee, from Lancaster, PA. We’re always here to answer questions and make your experience as great as possible. Don’t forget to say hi to Beetle (our Senegal Parrot), and Dorian (our African Grey) when you visit us!

Parking for ThreeBirds is available via the metered spots on Bushkill Street and the surrounding residential area. Meters are monitored 9am-10pm Monday-Saturday, and 12-10 pm Sundays. Rates are $1.50 per hour. The city also has two parking garages downtown: one next to City Hall and another brand new garage behind the Easton Public Market (where Nest is located!). Rates in both garages are $1 per hour.

We have a small lot behind the cafe which we share with another business. On weekends, guests are free to park in any space there. During the week, please respect our neighbor and refrain from using that lot.

We love your dogs, but state law prohibits us from having them inside our cafe unless they are in a carrier. ADA-trained dogs assisting a person with disabilities are exempt from this law. You are more than welcome to sit on our back patio with your dogs, and we are happy to bring you your order when it’s ready.
